I love the size of this pull. It feels good in the hand and has an attractive grip. It was very easy to install. The length of the handle itself is 12 inches. The distance between the two screws holding the handle is about 7 inches. After the holes are drilled in the door, the bolts go through the holes on the back of the door and screw into the handle. The wrench included with the handle helps tighten the bottom screw, which is too flat to turn by hand. The top latch serves as a handle for the back of the door. For our purposes, we are very happy with this pen. The price is good for a very good pen of this size.
