Very durable. I really like the size of this pen. I installed it on a sliding gate and it looks great. Gives it an old rustic look despite being an old barn but it fits. It's easy to install, you just need to drill two holes. I used a 21/64 drill bit and it was perfect for the handle. A wrench is included with the handle to tighten one of the screws. This is a great set and if you are looking for a rustic, durable door knob then this is it.

This is a very good pen. We like it because it's easy to pull. We can deal with it quickly and easily by looking at where it is. It has been powder coated to perfection, the welds professionally ground with no flaws giving it a superb look. Came with all hardware for installation. The instructions were informative, easy to read and understand and the pictures helped me immediately with the assembly. This is a very nice detail that we like to include in our design concept. I love the size of this pull. It feels good in the hand and has an attractive grip. It was very easy to install. The length of the handle itself is 12 inches. The distance between the two screws holding the handle is about 7 inches. After the holes are drilled in the door, the bolts go through the holes on the back of the door and screw into the handle. I love this door handle! I was so happy to see how durable the material is, I've been looking for one for a long time but it's so hard to find as most I found were very flimsy and cheap. The material on this one is of such good quality though - very strong, thick and a good weight. Very easy to install and fits perfectly with the door. The finish is a beautiful matte black, almost like cast iron. The price is very reasonable, it looks like it will cost a lot more than it costs. I am very happy…
