Review on KYB SM5639 Strut Mount by John Jones

Ordered 2 of these, 1 was ok the other not so good. The sealed bearing was missing a piece of gasket and the bracket itself was not square and was slightly bent. Both mounts were made in the same factory in India. I have returned 1 and now have to wait another 6 days for a replacement to arrive which may not be the best. To be honest I expect to replace them in about a year, there is no quality control. None of the other aftermarket mounts seem any better, I'll probably spend money on Toyota OEM mounts if they wear out quickly. *Please note the returned mount showed no sign of ever being installed, it was defective*
