Review on 🔧 Dayco 89016 Tensioner Idler Pulley: Superior Performance for Efficient Belt Tensioning by Wayne Laguna

This goes perfectly with my 2003 Accord. Seems like a good option to just replace that pulley and not the entire tensioner. The old pulley had 150,000 miles on it and when I took it off it spun and rattled very slightly - definitely needed replacing. The only other cheaper option is to just buy a bearing, press out the old one and press in a new one, but a new pulley is a lot easier to fix. It helps to have a friend help you put the belt on as you really have to pull on the tensioner to get enough slack to put the belt back on.
