I received this camera in beautiful packaging. It's completely plug and play, I got it up and running in about 30 seconds. Image quality is very good, but not necessarily excellent; but it will definitely suffice for any required scaling or team meetings you might need. I didn't need to install any additional software before using it, it was automatically installed with the generic windows drivers. The microphone is also very good for any requirement. No noise, does not pick up strange sounds or frequencies. Plus it's a pretty good looking camera with dual microphones and a built in protective case when not in use. It even comes with a tripod in case you just want to stand it up instead of mounting it to your laptop or monitor. All in all, if you're looking for a decent camera without spending a lot of money on one, this should be your pick. I definitely recommend it.
