This is an AMAZING product. I use it to simultaneously record the temperature inside and outside my tent, as well as high and low temperatures while I sleep. This is helpful as I am testing different camping products and want to know how they work. The guide is easy to use. This is a high quality product. The magnetic backing is strong enough to stick to a vertical surface. The sensors (in this model) have suction cups for a secure fit, but I didn't need them. The sensors of this model can also be submerged in water if you need this feature.
