Too big section in the wall
The installer was unable to fit a thick section of cable (between the section that goes into the wall and outside the wall) for a 90 degree -Bend to get the pipe behind the chimney. Not only do I have to return this cable, but also the TV (luckily I bought the TV from a local shop, who also installed it, so they returned the TV with no problems). Disappointed because my daughter has this TV and loved the concept. Bad cable design by Samsung (and possibly the builder who installed the chimney behind the fireplace (new design)).
