Incomplete kit/frame is a poorly finished product

Mounting hardware not included. So for $180 you get a cable and a couple of screws that go nowhere, leaving you uncertain to install the Frame TV, which was supposed to come with the parts to assemble it as originally advertised. This is a TV that should look like a work of art! No one buys this TV to put on a stand. Too bad about Samsung. Shame! I had to order the same cable (from Amazon) a few months ago. this one came with the mounting hardware so they should be there.

Too big section in the wall

The installer was unable to fit a thick section of cable (between the section that goes into the wall and outside the wall) for a 90 degree -Bend to get the pipe behind the chimney. Not only do I have to return this cable, but also the TV (luckily I bought the TV from a local shop, who also installed it, so they returned the TV with no problems). Disappointed because my daughter has this TV and loved the concept. Bad cable design by Samsung (and possibly the builder who installed the chimney…

Never received a full item

This cable requires wall plates to install and they were never included. Tried ordering a replacement and even tried ordering a used one, none of these came with wall panels, they came with instructions and screws for panels but no panels. While you could probably use regular wall plate, it would need to have a fairly large opening to actually fit in the ends of the cable, and would most likely have a gap around it as well. Samsung didn't help at all, they just redirect you to parts of Samsung…

Compatible with 2021 frame

Looks like they haven't changed the One Connect cable from the 2019-2020 models. I was able to use this with Samsung's new 2021 55 inch bezel. Works great and is designed to be wall mounted so it's nice to have peace of mind. The reason I gave it one star is because it's just a cable that comes in a large zipped case, without the wall panels that Samsung used to sell this cable with. I've seen reviews saying these wall plates are difficult to use to keep the TV flush with the wall as the cable…

This is compatible with Samsung Frame 2020; Be careful for those looking for the perfect mount with no gaps

Bought this cable because I needed a UL rating for wall mounting my Samsung Frame QN65LS03TAFXZA (no chance of an unrated cable causing a fire but I just wanted peace of mind). Nothing in the description confirmed that this cable would be compatible with the 2020 model, so I decided to risk it and return it if it didn't work. This WORKS with the One Connect box on Samsung 2020 models and powers my Frame TV just fine. Wall and mounts on the TV) is also more shielded than the standard One Connect
