I stripped my 1986 Miyata 710 down to the bolts and rebuilt my bike with a new powder coat, cleaned and reversed everything. I had a 4 season Continental that lost a lot of profile since it was my practice bike. To complete the look I needed brown side panels. I didn't want 23mm tires but wasn't sure if 28mm would fit. That's a great view! The tread has a decent amount of tread and the pattern looks like it would be suitable for very light gravel. They were very easy to put on and quite flexible. I've always had treaded street tires so this was a change. I've ridden 25 miles and they are great. Unfortunately, they're a bit flimsy and almost on par with 23mm tires. My suggestion: if you have a 700c, go one size up than you want. For example, if you're looking for 25mm, go for 28mm.
