Review on Ritchey by Vladimir Castillo

More like Rich-y than Ritchey

Although Ritchey is widely known for its reliability and durability, my recent interactions with the business have left me feeling anything but satisfied. As only the wealthy seem to be catered to, the name should be spelled with an accent. To begin with, the price tag is completely unreasonable. It's true that you get what you pay for when it comes to quality, but is it necessary to ask so much? This company seems intent on squeezing every last cent out of its consumers. Also, let's discuss the quality of the workmanship. Their success has clearly gone to their heads, despite the fact that they may have gotten their start in a workshop constructing steel frames for local racers. The parts I got were cheaply made and flawed in unacceptable ways, especially given the high prices they demand. And the support after the sale is something I won't even mention. They answer your queries as if they're doing you a favor, but their explanations are as informative as a submarine's screen door. A Magic 8-Ball would be more helpful to me in this situation. As a conclusion, Ritchey may have been a major player in the industry in the past, but the company's present methods of doing business and the quality of their products are unrecognizable from those of the past. You'd be best off going elsewhere to find high-quality parts and attentive service. Spend your money on a company that values its clients instead.
