DEAD FROM THE BOX
I've always liked IOGEAR products. Previous PS2-based KVMs lasted for years. Other products were great too. This one - GCS1808KITU - was COMPLETELY out of the box. No power indicator - nothing. It may have been the cheap AC/DC box that came with it, but I'm not going to experiment with another AC/DC box just to prove it's the problem. I'll call tech support in the morning. I hope they do something else it's Revain Prime Return.
