You didn't explain that you need to remove the plastic panel mount for driving access. well the liner must be punched with a long punch or cut behind it. and since it was the easiest to cut, there should be two new ones in the kit. Nor was it explained that the connectors have a latch that is activated by pressing the lever. Many plugs have two latches, making it very difficult to separate the two plugs. Therefore, they were very easy to separate. I started on the passenger side as that is the side with the ground wire. My 1999 TJ has bolts holding the fender flares to the body. I used two stamped sheet metal nuts to attach the ring to one of these bolts. (Details on request!) Wiring harness via g as filler hose before connecting it Length of wires and supports too. The wiring harness went behind that heavy piece of steel behind the bumper, which was good because I hadn't seen how it was supposed to go behind that heavy piece of steel anyway. Seeing the wire colors is not critical as the ground wire was only on the passenger side.
