
I love this little thing. I'm not married so I cook in small portions. I love the smoky taste. I smoked salmon and steak. On my first try I smoked salmon first, but today I cooked a medium rare steak and then smoked it. I also insured the top so I used foil around the lid. I held the meat until the smoke cleared. Just the right amount of flavor. For a smokier taste, I suggest burning twice.
