installed on my 1999 4Runner. These screws are straight as stated in several answers to the questions. When you get them, expect some trimming of your dust shields. I also bled the brakes twice. I put the new shoes on properly and they work as expected. The master cylinder, which is sized to pressurize the smaller components, can't "grip" them as I had hoped, but they work just fine. They look about the same to me as stock brakes, but because they're new, they deploy evenly without pulling to one side. They fit the 3rd generation brake upgrades or TBUs you read about on the forums. Follow-up after 14 months of operation: still great, no problems. no squeaks, no uneven contact. all is well.
