Reduces wifi performance

I got this because it looks better and has a lower profile than the antenna I got for my Asus motherboard. Unfortunately, this reduces my WiFi speed from 100 megabit downloads to 10-20 megabits. I'm not sure if it's the combination of my case (Ghost S1) and possibly the position of the case in relation to my router, but I have a pretty bad WiFi connection. Might work for you but not for me.
