Great on my '96 Honda Civic DX 4 Door

Great on my '96 Honda Civic DX 4 Door. My old bushings on both sides were almost destroyed. I wanted to install the original bushings, but decided on these. Preferably. Selection. Is always. Just taking the car apart to get to the bushings was a nightmare because of the stuck bolts. Removing old bushings and rings and slipping in new OEM bushings would kill me lol. Whoever designed these jacks is a goddamn genius. You simply cut out the old bushing in front of the ring it will be inserted into. You leave the old metal ring in the trailing arm and press in the new energy bush with a little grease and a press made of a long threaded rod and a few washers. Also reuse the metal latch from the old socket. The press costs less than $10 to make and works very well. The new energy shell itself has a better design. Slide it into the metal ring and slide the dog bone with it and you have a new better trailing arm bushing. The quality is great and it saves a lot of time and effort! My car is almost two years old and it's amazing! If you need to replace trailing arm bushings, this is a godsend!

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
