At first I wasn't sure if this product would offer me the full functionality. I saw another item where touch to lock/unlock wasn't working. This is not the case here! Getting straight to the point: Installation: 2 hours (could easily be done in 1 hour) Functionality: fully functional (after 3 weeks of use) the broken part I pulled out had a lot more grease on the moving parts and the new one didn't (outside). Time will tell if this part holds up but so far very satisfied and it works like a charm. There was a YouTube video on how to remove the door panel, but the rest was easy to figure out.
