The machine itself is very good. I like the solid stainless steel handle. The straight or curved version works well. The precisely fitting, dense foam in the case ensures a comfortable fit. The plastic case is a bit wobbly, but that doesn't bother us. NOW. If you use lamé, this one is very good, but I'm a beginner and thought it would make it easier to judge my loaves. It's not like this. I just don't have the ability that I now feel I have to use any type of limp, even this very good one. My bread doesn't need to look pretty, it's just for eating, so I now cut the dough lightly and clumsily with sharpened scissors. I still like that shit so I'll keep it to myself to admire and maybe learn how to use it.
