Great item/service. Arrived at my house literally 2 or 3 days after I ordered it (and I'm pretty sure I even ordered it on Sunday). Flawless, easy installation in my 2007 A4 - all buttons feel great and retain their original functionality. And it looks/fits 100% factory. Twenty-five dollars and less than 30 minutes of my time is certainly better than losing the car for a whole day and probably over $200 from the mechanic. The only "special" tool you'll need is a #20 Torx bit, but if you're working on your Audi, chances are you already have one.
