Review on Flukers 4 Watt Heat Mat 5 Inch by Allison Garcia

My kids got one of those you see on TV for a rooster for Christmas (My Fun Fish Cleaning Tank). Even though we live in Southern California, it gets below 30 degrees at night and the poor fish looked like they were in stasis. I was afraid to buy an aquarium heater after reading too many reviews of how they cook fish. The tank is very small, maximum 2 liters. I put that under him (I didn't use glue, I left the plastic) and it keeps the water from going below 70. I have to say he's a lucky little fish! He swims all day and eats like a champ. This heater is amazing and I would highly recommend it for a small Betta aquarium.
