Review on Epson DS-780N: Efficient Network Color Document Scanner with ADF and Duplex Scanning for PC and Mac by David Fisher
LCD interface needs improvement
The scanner has an LCD interface so scan profiles can be quickly accessed at the touch of a button. The problem is that these profiles cannot be configured to control scan speed. For a slow scan, which I prefer most of the time, I have to select a profile, then go to the "Speed" tab, then select a slower speed, then go back to the "Original Profile" tab, then select "Scan". This defeats the purpose of the so-called one-touch scanning capability.
