Passenger Side Manufacturing defect. After installation I noticed an exhaust leak on the passenger side due to a crooked manifold. I ordered a replacement and laid it out on a flat surface prior to installation and noticed that the replacement also warped in the middle. Fog can be a production issue. Ordered a 7404G absolute soft aluminum gasket from Mr. Gasket to see if it could eliminate manufacturing defects. It cost me an extra $20 for the stainless heat shield ties, thinking I'd have to repackage the replacement (after paying for the manifold reinstall), but not happy!
