I was unhappy with this mouthpiece. I love Hydro Flask water bottles and it was my daughter who pushed me into this by getting me one for my birthday. Hydro Flask stainless steel bottles keep the water really cold. However, turning the screw cap is a pain. My daughter got me a straw cap for my large hydro flask and it's amazing. So I immediately bought a standard 18oz Hydro Flask neck. I thought it would be a great top for him. However, the small part you pull up is VERY difficult to pull up. If you then turn the bottle upside down and suck on the spout, it will be difficult to draw the water out. I just didn't like it at all. Instead I bought a straw lid for a standard mouth size and it's great.
