Overall the scanner is very compact, works fast and has worked well in the short time I've had it. However, I bought this scanner to scan directly to cloud services. Especially Google Drive. This scanner will not scan to any service without using a computer, although online tutorial videos show that it can be configured to do so. Spent 45 minutes with Epson tech support and they blamed the updated Mac software. So I wanted to see if that's the case. After I hung up, I installed the scanner on my Windows 10 PC. Same result in Windows 10, the feature was removed. So in the end a good scanner if you want a computer in the middle. Otherwise look elsewhere. A few more subtleties. normally installed in the WLAN. However, the software is only tied to one computer. You cannot have multiple computers use the same scanner. So just one of my computers could scan and it would be connected to that computer.
