Great product - Amazing Customer Service

The customer service from Oneway has been amazing! I have never had an issue with my questions or concerns being addressed quickly and efficiently. Their support team are willing to help you solve problems that arise in your day-to-day work as well. It would be helpful if they could provide more training resources for their staff so it can get easier for them to understand our workflow. We used Oneview when we were still using Epic software at another employer. They helped us transition smoothly into OneView. With this new system implementation, there was no other option.

Pros
  • Great communication between management & employees.
  • Very flexible schedules (I've worked 8 hour shifts one week but then 10 hours straight weeks after without any issues.)
  • Support is great especially via phone call/email response time compared against others who use email only responses.It's much faster than some companies which utilize both methods combined together making emails last longer before getting answered because people don't receive messages timely
Cons
  • Good but not great
