The ability to add notes in real time so that my staff can see why I have made decisions quickly with them out there at work! It would be nice if they had some sort of scheduling feature for appointments but it does what you need when needed which makes up for this minor issue very well!! Great product - Amazing Customer Service

The customer service from Oneway has been amazing! I have never had an issue with my questions or concerns being addressed quickly and efficiently. Their support team are willing to help you solve problems that arise in your day-to-day work as well. It would be helpful if they could provide more training resources for their staff so it can get easier for them to understand our workflow.   • Great communication between management & employees.
  • Very flexible schedules (I've worked 8 hour shifts one week but then 10 hours straight weeks after without any issues.)
  • Support is great especially via phone call/email response time compared against others who use email only responses.It's much faster than some companies which utilize both methods combined together making emails last longer before getting answered because people don't receive messages timely

Very good software with many benefits

The best thing about one view is that it gives you all the information you need in one place. It also has a lot of features like patient monitoring and medication management. I have nothing to dislike about this product. I would recommend everyone to use this product as it makes your work easier and more efficient. I am using this for my job and I find it very useful. Very easy and affordable alternative of Pingdom

The user interface was very simple to use even for users who are not IT professionals or have little experience with software such as this one. There were some minor glitches within our system that they did nothing about quickly at all (we're talking in days) - but when we brought it up again weeks later after being assured by multiple employees there would be no problem solving them I felt like what happened before wasn't really an issue anymore because their promises had been broken so many…

OneView Inpatient Solution - Amazing tool and useful resource

The program has improved our patient documentation by allowing for easy access to medical records from any device (tablet or laptop). It also allows us quick communication with offsite doctors via secure messaging application using an app called Zoom which can be used at home without internet connection as well!
