Erep has been very helpful when solving complex business challenges like customer engagement management (CEM) across multiple channels! They have provided us great insights into our customers' needs which help us build more effective CEM programs as well as provide recommendations from experts who are passionate about this space.

I would recommend working closely with them during implementation phase so you can get your hands dirty right away rather than waiting until after launch because there will always something new coming up! We were looking at ways we could improve user experience by engaging people better through social media, emails etc., but also how best to engage those already using our app/website. It has been very easy since we started using it as our main tool used by most internal teams at my work place.The customer support team are extremely helpful when you have questions about this product which can sometimes seem complicated.I would highly recommend any one who needs help managing multiple projects from different companies within your organization should look into purchasing some sort off software like erep because its so simple anyone will easily learn how use once installed!
