Causes thumb pain - not recommended

I'm a grown male using this device today for my first serve (regular and jumping) for the first time. After only 25 shots, I noticed a slight pain in the thumb of my right hand (my batting hand). I thought it might go away and kept hitting more and more (about 100 in total). It was the wrong decision. The left, inner side of my right thumb is now black and blue and quite sore. While the concept is good, the design is flawed as the device interferes with normal hand touching of the ball. It may look flimsy on the ball, but when you hit the ball with force and the ball gives way, this device puts pressure on your thumb as the thumb tries to touch the surface of the ball, causing pain. Will be back for a refund and unfortunately despite a great concept cannot recommend it due to the pain it caused in my thumb.
