Better than the local one I bought in Napa. I bought one of these about 5 years ago and it worked great until it didn't anymore. It turns out my honda element uses two different models for manual and automatic transmission. I have no idea why. But even after putting the automatic transmission in my manual, it still worked for 5 years! I replaced it with a mid-range model I bought from a Napa store (and paid more for it) because I needed to get it done ASAP. It broke and lasted about a month. I ordered this as a replacement and everything has been fine for 4 months. If it fails prematurely I will update this review. Now if only Honda had made it easy to replace those damn things ;-)
