Poorly made distributor shorting the coil. Doesn't work
This is a poorly made Chinese distributor that doesn't work because when turning the breaker plate to synchronize the distributor when the contacts are just opening the screw has to come in contact when the spring coil of the Primary winding is too close to the distributor housing, shorting the coil primary to ground and not sparking. I returned the giveaway
