Review on Featherland Paradise Multicolored Zig Zag Perch with Cotton Rope for Secure Footing by Ben Titchenell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice perches for my parrots

I use several different lengths of these fabric perches in each of my 3 parrot cages (2 African Grays and 1 Red-breasted Cockatoo). It is easier for them to move around the cage. I've used wooden poles before, but each has fallen off the pole by slipping a few times. One of my parrots was chewing on the rim (next to the part that bolts to the cage) and I immediately replaced it and put the toy next to the rim on the side of the cage to prevent this as I've read that some parrots get fibers swallow . and intestinal obstruction may develop. As long as you keep a close eye on the tousled strands, I think they make great perches. I also like that they can be bent into the shape you want. Some of them aren't that hard in the middle and may need to be stabilized with a regular straight perch to hold them up. This particular mark is very hard in the middle.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I won't say anything
