Great thing! The rope of my bird love settles. I got this specially for her gym. We all know that they have a limited capacity and perches shouldn't protrude over the drip pan or the droppings will end up on the floor. This allowed me to easily attach it to the gym and then bend it to create a tiered perch that also acts as a ladder from one level to another. It has completely changed the play space and given them much more freedom of movement with multiple seating options.

I just ordered this item, received it today and it was packaged very well and as soon as I took it out of the box I wanted to install it but I noticed the plastic ends Connectors came off very easily. I don't think this will cause any problems as there are two washers and a wing nut on each end to hold them together. What incredibly poor customer service. I will NEVER buy from this seller again. Usually these bird perches come with 2 washers, a wing nut and a piece of white plastic wrap around the end of the rope where the wire and rope ends. The plastic part protects the bird from the wire; Washers are on each side of the cage bars to keep them level and a wing nut naturally secures them in place. Of the various rope seats I have bought for my parrots this is one of the best. It's stiff and holds its shape much better than some of the others I've bought. I use it on my Goffin cockatoo and like to change it up every now and then. This rope bar is easy to reshape if you want, but the zigzag shape isn't bad. Being made of rope and fabric, excrement is difficult to remove, so I prefer to use rope perches on the outside of the cage so they don't pile up and fall on it. It's really not the…

I use several different lengths of these fabric perches in each of my 3 parrot cages (2 African Grays and 1 Red-breasted Cockatoo). It is easier for them to move around the cage. I've used wooden poles before, but each has fallen off the pole by slipping a few times. This is the most valuable rope pole I have found over the years and from various sources. It's rare to see such length and quality at such a low price. It stretches and wraps around the length of a standard flight cage from bottom to top. It is durable and reliable, making the birds feel safe. I'm not sure what material the rope is made of, but I prefer natural sisal rope because it will hold up better if used and ripped by parrots.
