Review on Featherland Paradise Multicolored Zig Zag Perch with Cotton Rope for Secure Footing by Jane Johnson

What incredibly poor customer service. I will NEVER buy from this seller again. Usually these bird perches come with 2 washers, a wing nut and a piece of white plastic wrap around the end of the rope where the wire and rope ends. The plastic part protects the bird from the wire; Washers are on each side of the cage bars to keep them level and a wing nut naturally secures them in place. The first one they sent didn't have washers or a wing nut on one end. I did the paperwork for the return and it was possible to replace it, which I did. Arrived new - without washers, wing nuts and EVEN PLASTIC PART! (see photo) So now we have 2 rope poles that are useless.
