pepper and salt shaker is great. First, let me say that for the past two years I have been unfortunate enough to own a Williams Sonoma electric salt shaker. i hated every day They were too flimsy which meant they tipped over all the time, made a mess every time you put them in, required 6 AAA batteries, and cost over double the price. These pepper shakers are great! They're thicker and therefore sturdier, they come with lids for the bottom of the salt and pepper shakers when not in use so they don't leave a mess (thanks to the designers!), they have some light that lights up when they are not used You use them, only 4 AA batteries and they are very good at grinding salt and pepper unlike my others. Great value! Feel free to get them.
