Everything you want and more for your small kitchen in a single burner. Also works as a temporary replacement while your stove is being repaired. Small, efficient, easy to use. The coils lift up for easier cleaning, but since I'm not a fan of cleaning, I covered the pan with an 8" piece of foil and will likely replace it at some point in the future. The handle is easy to grab and twist, it locks in the middle position. This is my go-to utensil in my tiny kitchen and I'm just as fortunate. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.
