Review on πŸ”§ BikeMaster Safety Wire Pliers Set with 25-foot Stainless Steel Wire - Model 15-1554 by Dean Love

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Special Red Edition

So here's the thing: I bought these because the safety wire pliers I've had for 25 years have finally worn out. When I was shopping for a new tool, I found that pliers range in price from $20 to $150. more expensive pliers compared to cheaper ones. I decided to take a chance and buy them for $21, if they sucked then at least they weren't $100 pliers. If they're good, I'll win if I have one of these on the lower end of the price range. Now I don't use them on my bike anymore, I'm an airplane mechanic. I don't know if this matters to you, dear reader, but full disclosure will help you make your decision. 2 weeks so far so good. I'm very happy with the size, they're small enough to get into those hard-to-reach places. The lock and spring work well, the connection is solid. I told a colleague it was a "Snap-On Special Red Edition" and he studied it and asked me no questions. I'll update if they don't last long by then; great product, great deal.

Pros
