I chose this Mercedes high-performance gear oil because it was approved by Mercedes and is also cheaper. On the way home, the gear shifted effortlessly. Make sure you have the correct dipstick to measure the fluid level. My transmission mechanic advised me not to flush. Just drain and fill. Transmission 722.6 has lost 95% of the old ATF. That should be enough for 50,000 until the next service.
