Never connected - sent back!

Spent a whole day trying to get this to work but never connected. They try to make it "simple" in just 4 steps, but sometimes too little information causes a much bigger headache. Searched the web, tried all the troubleshooting solutions. Nothing worked. Just enter the required information. To return.
