Versatile and waterproof
Great lightweight kitchen gloves. I bought these gloves to use with an electric smoker but they turned into regular kitchen gloves. I love that they're waterproof, which allows me to carry in hot incense burners and hand-shred stewed pork and chicken. Also great for getting into an Instant Pot or handling cast iron skillets without burning yourself. You can use them to take pans out of the oven, but you'll feel some heat at typical baking temperatures, so have a spot nearby where you can set the pan down quickly. The only downside is that if they get wet inside, they can take days to dry out.
