I tested these heat resistant LANON Protection gloves with Chef's CD Mittens. I had an All Clad stainless steel pot with simmering water to cook the artichokes in. I chose one of these gloves and one of the Chef CD gloves. I set the timer and put both hands on the pot. After 10 seconds, heat began to flow through these gloves. I like separated fingers. This helps when you need to manipulate things in the oven, e.g. B. Flip everything you're frying or remove the foil from the pan for the second half of your dinner time.
