Easy to set up, doesn't last long.

I really wish this capture card would work better than I thought it would. Installation is very easy to set up. But the picture quality was very poor in operation. I tried to make some adjustments and now it doesn't work at all, the output screen capture shows extreme distortions, mostly black screen. I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but it looks like a deep fryer. I don't know what to do from here.
