I like that there are several options to choose from when looking at different types of integrations, as well as multiple ways in which we can connect with our customers (email or phone). The software makes it easy for us to manage all this info through one platform - not having too many applications open would help keep things organized! It's hard sometimes remembering what you've done/what changes have been made since last time; but once everything has synced up there isn't much left out anymore either. We're creating an easier way for clients who already use Evernote to collaborate effectively amongst themselves throughout their projects by using another tool they may be more comfortable with- such as Slack / Teams etc., instead of relying solely upon email communication alone.
