Bought to make a stocking for my husband. This was my first time with felt appliques, so I don't know much about what's "normal" and what's not. I found the kit to be pretty basic, but I made my own lining (to prevent things from snagging) and hanging loop (felt included that can stretch over time). I liked it and it's quite charming.
