Great crimping tool for heavy gauge cables
Great crimping tool for heavy gauge cables. The hydraulic system makes the work easy and simple. The controls are simple - turn the knob to engage the hydraulics, turn to loosen and remove the finished product. My only concern is that I would like them to include a spec for the metric in AWG. All stamps are stamped with a metric number. I had to assume that you would need 70 for a 4/0 cable and 35 for a 1/0 cable.
