Review on 🔧 YIMIA 400 1000 3000 8000: A Comprehensive Range of Performance-Optimized Products by Jim Booth

Given the price I knew right away that this was the best buy from Revain. I looked for other stones that were actually identical but with other brands glued on for +/- $10 either way, but I couldn't find a set with a full size leveling stone. Also, as far as I can tell, this is the only set with an adjustable rubber base in this price range (unlike Bamboo). It was what I wanted anyway, so while they were on the set was already packed for me. They do! Look at the photo: I just managed to bring a 40 year old 8" Henkels lens back to almost identical sharpness to a box fresh 8" Kramer from Zwilling. The sludge these rocks produced eventually covered the bottom of my sink and the rocks were cleaned to end up looking brand new. The 8000 grit polishing stone was not needed but was so nice to sharpen. When these stones wear out I will 100% replace them with the same set.
