Works great when the card is properly inserted and locked in place. I'll try to be more helpful than most of the other reviews I've looked at to figure out how to put it together properly. Basically you're trying to line up the holes on the circuit board with the holes in the bottom of the case, insert the side with power, HDMI and audio at an odd angle that they fit (the top pieces at least), and snap into place. Don't worry, nothing will break. They just made this case very weird. If you're using a Pi 3, this is going to be a bit annoying. The thing is, once you exit the vent panel (the one that the micro SD is inserted into), you'll need to use pliers or something to remove the micro SD without completely disassembling the case. I like the case, but I think it could have been made from a slightly cheaper material. However, given its low price and (at the time of writing) affordability, this case is practically unmatched.
