The instructions were a bit short but I still tend not to read them. :) It bothered me that I didn't have wall studs 16" from the corner of the room, but that didn't affect the flexibility and mobility at all. One post was 16 inches from the corner and the other about 12 inches from the corner. This still allows you to balance the TV in the center of the corner without fuss. This allowed it to be inserted flush so that both ends of the TV touched the wall evenly, or rotated smoothly to the left or right of the room. If you install it flush in the corner, then there is no mounting post visible from the side or from the front! Once in place, the twill weave was so strong I was about to practice pull ups on it. I think it was good value for money.
