The best part about this program was that it allowed me access 24/7 without having any restrictions or limitations of time zones in which I could work from home! It also had very good customer service support as well with no issues at all while using their product for my business needs!! Nothing really bad but nothing great either so not much improvement needed here unless you are looking into something specific like more security features maybe? Overall we were able use our computers through remote desktop connection remotely anywhere around North America allowing us flexibility when working during different times throughout day & night hours - even over holidays etc..
