I washed all the grout in my disgusting kitchen (I bought one) thoroughly before realizing most of the grout stains were still there. I've tried every tool and chemical in my arsenal. My husband wanted to replace all the grout (we have a huge kitchen). This was my last attempt to salvage the solution. I worked meticulously with a small art brush and my husband applied it with a foam brush and wiped away what got on the porcelain. His method was much faster and very efficient. It lays down evenly and seems to soak up like a stain instead of staying on the surface like paint. I don't know how that would work with a properly sealed solution where you only want to change the color. This solution was apparently never sealed, so sucked it up right away. It's been a few months with the dog and messes and lots of mops and he still looks perfect. The wine even spilled and they didn't notice for two days and wiped it up immediately. I am very happy!
