I tried this product on a thoroughly cleaned unsealed cement based mortar. Both unpolished wall tiles and adjacent polished floor tiles. In the final cleaning step, it detached from both. Tried drying longer, the result is the same. No affection at all. I saw bad reviews but decided they either didn't follow the instructions or didn't use the recommended solution. As it stands, this is just a terrible product.
